Joshua Persky is a results-oriented, critical thinker with a deep passion for effective communication. He accurately identifies problems and opportunities; engages in new strategy development and analysis, and thrives in a highly demanding environment through excellent priority management. With over twenty years’ experience as an executive and consultant, he has worked for commercial and investment banks, such as Fortis Capital and Houlihan Lokey, as well as for valuation and accounting firms, such as Kroll (Duff & Phelps), Hilco Global and WeiserMazars.

Persky’s expertise ranges from finance to satellite and wireless communications. At Gilat Satellite Networks, as part of the Business Development team, he identified potential strategic partners and worked on a business plan in which Microsoft and Echostar each invested $50 million. At Fortis Capital, he started and managed an Agency for Syndicated Loans, growing it within four years to a $2.5 billion commercial loan portfolio. At WeiserMazars, he helped value the largest real-estate investment in the USA: Stuyvesant Town.

As a business valuations consultant, he has valued hundreds of private companies of all sizes and industries and is an expert in valuing loans to private companies. His clients have been among the largest hedge and pension funds, brand name valuation, accounting and law firms, as well as individual business owners and investors. Most recently, he has produced numerous economic damage reports for litigation concerned with divorce, intellectual property, business interruption and personal injury. Persky earned a BS in Management Science from MIT/Sloan School of Management and is a graduate of the Citibank School of Banking.
