Challenge: A retail chain wanted to understand the effects of various strategic initiatives on the value of their company.

Solution: We created a valuation-based financial model taking into consideration investment costs, projected revenues and earnings for opening and remodeling stores of various sizes, advertising and branding initiatives, selling franchises, expanding ecommerce and selling add-on product-related services, such as insurance.

Result: The decision-makers and stake-holders were more clearly able to see where strategic efforts and innovations were more likely to create value.
